CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Abbey is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in Pareto Finance Limited with over fifteen years’ experience in Banking, Financial advisory and consulting. He had been involved in the promotion and development of Pareto Finance project from the on-set. He has functioned as Head of Retail Banking at Empire Trust Microfinance Bank, Head of Credit and Risk at Susu Microfinance Bank. He has been involved in series of training locally and internationally. Abbey has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration for Olabisi Onabanjo University and He is also a Certified Microfinance Practitioner (MCP).

Abbey has a strong passion for building and developing viable business relationships with focus on staff training and development, customer satisfaction, customer retainership, profitability, business expansion, sound interpersonal and decisional communication skills and has a background of cash flow management, human relationship management, handling of loan portfolios, formulating blueprint and strategies for business growth.
